1. Subscription and Payment Terms:

New users are eligible for a 7-day free trial of our daily trading plan reports. To activate the trial, you must provide a valid email address and payment information. The free trial automatically transitions to a paid subscription unless canceled before the 7th day.

After the 7-day trial, you will be charged $19 per month for continued access to the Services. Subscription fees are billed automatically on a recurring monthly basis until canceled. Prices are subject to change. You will be notified of any changes in fees before they take effect.

Payments are processed through a third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fees and any applicable taxes.

2. Cancellation and Refunds:

You may cancel your subscription at any time by accessing your account settings or contacting customer support.

If you cancel before the end of the trial period, you will not be charged.

Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable. If you cancel after a payment has been processed, you will retain access until the end of the billing cycle, but no partial refunds will be issued.

3. Use of the Services:

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You agree not to:

• Share, distribute, or resell the daily trading plan reports.
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or modify the Services.
• Use the Services in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

4. Disclaimer of Financial Advice:

The daily trading plan reports are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Trading futures involves significant risk, and you are solely responsible for any trading decisions or outcomes.
• We are not liable for any losses incurred as a result of using the information provided.

5. Limitation of Liability:

To the fullest extent permitted by law: We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid in subscription fees during the three months preceding the claim.

6. Termination:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where you violate these Terms. If your account is terminated, you will lose access to the Services without a refund.

7. Intellectual Property:
